This Foam  Replacement Piece is for the MVE Protective Shipping Container for MVE 4/2 and 4/2V Vapor Shippers mushrooms. The kit contains the (3) main replacement parts. 

Fits only the blue mushrooms, newer models only

Sides:  PN 21369757 One Piece Replacement Foam Insert for Sides of 4/2V vapor tanks - this is one piece

Top: Part Number 21369755/FOAM 1.7# POLYETHYLENE TOP WJ, 0.5"THK X 6"OD - this is one piece

Bottom:  PN 21476224/FOAM 1.7# POLYETHYLENE BOT WJ, 1"THK X 6.25"R if you need replacement pieces for the bottom.  Total of six interlocking pieces.....use (6) for the 4/2V and (4) for the 4/3V.

To get foam to stick to the sides, we recommend 3M Foam Fast 74 Spray Adhesive.
